This workshop again explored the concept of strength, instead this time focusing on visual cues for feeling calm or empowered. Participants created a 'mood board' of colours and images which they felt empowered them, with the intention of sticking on the fridge as a daily reminder of positivity.
This was run in collaboration with Gli Francesca (author of successful blog 'Let's bEAT' on surviving an eating disorder) who ran a writing workshop alongside.
